  1. Place a made-to-measure Polylite™ heat shrink cover over your palletised load.
  2. Using a heat shrink gun, start from approximately 12 inches away at the bottom of the pallet.
  3. Move the gun in a sweeping motion from left to right, working your way up the pallet and applying heat evenly over the product.

Training on heat shrink gun application is available to ensure safe, consistent, and effective shrinking.

What technology is used for heat shrink pallet covers?
We use advanced technology for our heat shrink pallet covers, including flame-retardant treatments and frost-resistant materials, to keep your pallets protected in any condition.
How can heat shrink pallet covers be supplied?
