150% PPS as Standard

Designed for core-brake turntable wrappers where the film is not pre-stretched by the machine.

Our 7-layer 250% PPS machine film provides a more efficient wrap and delivers a minimum 26% cost saving compared with standard films from typical suppliers.

Power Pre-Stretch Film

Depending on machine settings and capabilities, the gearing system delivers between 200% and 400% PPS.

In all instances, our polylite multi-layer films allow you to downgauge by at least 26% while maintaining performance.

Fold Over Edge Pre-Stretched

Pre-stretched film technology is designed to maximise optimisation, reducing a standard 17mu film down to 6mu.

With Fold Over Edge, the film’s edges are doubled in thickness at the critical stress points, improving strength and puncture resistance without increasing overall usage.
