Our Range of Machine Stretch Film

150% PPS as Standard

150% PPS as Standard

Used where your wrapper is a traditional core-break turntable and the machine does not actively stretch the film. This is the reliable, no-fuss option for many standard lines. We do recommend trialling our thinner 7-layer 250% PPS film where appropriate, which can deliver significant material and cost savings versus standard 150% PPS.
Power Pre-Stretch Film

Power Pre-Stretch Film

Made for semi-automatic and powered wrappers that pre-stretch film before application, this grade is engineered to work with gearing/brake systems that stretch film from around 200% up to 400% PPS. Choosing the right multi-layer power-prestretch film lets you downgauge while maintaining load-holding, helping cut film use and cost without compromising protection.
Fold Over Edge Pre-Stretched

Fold-Over Edge Pre-Stretched

This option uses pre-stretch technology to dramatically reduce film thickness while keeping strength where it matters. The film edges are folded so they remain effectively twice as thick at the critical break points. The result is a lighter, lower-cost roll that still gives reinforced top and bottom edge protection for pallet loads.
